陳皮意大利黑醋骨
佢擺碟同味道做得比其他中菜廳好
外皮十分脆內裏又多肉汁
酸酸甜甜十分開胃及好食

雖然用花膠洞
不過分量超足薑蔥好香
一到張枱嘅時候仲滾㗎
重頭戲就當然係
傳統掛爐片皮鴨
佢係係你面前慢慢切
上菜之後擺得10分企理
個皮好脆肉亦都多汁
其實成間餐廳都好好
最主要就係上菜時間好耐
嗌完嘢食大約半個鐘先上第一道菜
呢個就係唯一可以改善嘅地方
