Restaurant: Wing Nin Noodle (Po Shing Building)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 裝修後更改了整營運流程, 基本上跟連鎖快餐差不多吧(是為開連鎖準備嗎?), 速到比以前快多了, 準確度就跟從前一樣, 係完全唔會犯錯既!講返食物質素, 依然係非常好! 辣 - 依然係賣點, 完全保持一貫水準, 基它配料我個人認為最出色的還是雞翼, 醃得很入味, 而且雞肉又滑又軟, 好好味!環境係裝修後適服左好多, 而且仍然望得見廚房, 好似比以前還乾淨呢!唯一要"彈"一下的我諗係個LOGO同用色, 綠色唔係好有效咁引起人既食慾, 而且D款綠色跟偏懷舊的風格又唔係好襯, 其實以佢既名氣同產品質素, 大可再玩得盡D, 來一個徹底的懷舊LOOK, 用多年車仔麵專家的姿態突入市場, 我估在市場上會更有"睇頭".
