Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友約咗喺諾士佛臺食嘢,佢揀咗一間居酒屋,一遊。一入到去環境好靚,係日式裝修風格,入面仲有啲包箱間,私隱度十足啱曬一班人傾計。頭盤叫咗個燒白飯魚,佢燒做一炸白飯魚好似薯片咁。咬落去勁趣得嚟仲有魚嘅香味。😜炸蓮藕配南瓜醬,有啲似墨西哥薯片點醬汁㗎,蓮藕都係炸到非常脆👍之後就叫咗一堆串燒,入面最好食嘅係牛舌,一咬入去爆汁勁juicy。另外個芝士雞串都好香😆壽司飯,係Daily specials入面有d滑魚,吞拿魚。啖啖肉,食得好爽🤗海膽吞拿魚係今日既MVP, 海膽甜甜同埋吞拿魚肉質既咬口感之間完美嘅配合😍
