To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得放假,想輕輕鬆鬆食個午飯,為了避開於酒樓大排長龍的命運,我便提議吃日本菜。想不到假日的午市仍有套餐可選,我便挑選了刺身定食及散叫二品大板燒,即可自由選擇兩種配料,有貝柱、豚肉等等。當日的刺身有三文魚、吞拿魚、海膽帶子、甜蝦等等,厚身的刺身配以少許芥茉,整體感覺已經不錯!到新鮮烹調好的大板燒,有豚肉及白目魚作配料,由於大板燒上的醬汁已經十分濃郁,蓋過了配料原本的味道,但大板燒整體質素還是很好👍🏻
