Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日終於可以同bb兩個人撐抬腳啦,平時佢啲同事一日都黑都纏住佢,叫佢落老蘭,一唔喺就成日蒲bar,搞到佢成日都無時間陪我食dinner,我真係超級無敵寂寞囖。今日難得捉住佢過嚟陪我,點都唔可以再放佢走啦!!明太子豆腐,平時食嘅豆腐都系比較清淡嘅,拿嚟滾湯就比較多,之前都未試過味道咁濃郁嘅豆腐。點解咁講呢?系因為豆腐嘅湯底好特別,系用秘製嘅醬汁整成嘎...而且呢啲醬汁嘅味道好好咁滲入豆腐入面,唔會凈喺豆腐皮有味,而入面就淡牟牟~~牛油煮蜆,牛油嘅味道好香好濃郁,而且蜆非常新鮮,再加上些少茶樹菇一齊煮調味,牛油湯嘅味道好正!!蜆肉都算大粒。蝦仁燒玉子,呢個菜都好特別,玉子一層層軟淋淋,好似豆腐咁,入面仲有好多蝦仁,利用炭燒嘅方法嚟整,味道好獨特。豬肉青椒,青椒唔算好辣,可以接受。而且豬肉系用煎嘎,所以口感好好。豬肉又唔會煎得好窿,青椒脆脆地,豬肉咬落去仲有肉汁流落嚟,送飯就最啱啦!一遊沙律,沙律平時就成日都食,所以感覺無咩特別,沙律仲系好濃嘅沙律醬味道。不過蔬菜都幾新鮮嘅~~

牛油煮蜆,牛油嘅味道好香好濃郁,而且蜆非常新鮮,再加上些少茶樹菇一齊煮調味,牛油湯嘅味道好正!!蜆肉都算大粒。
