To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過市場,聞到隻飲茶地方飄出嚟嘅香味,心諗,今日嚟個小試牛刀嘅好時機。🍽️ 張檯上頭先來咗四隻小籠包,香噴噴嘅。嗰個皮唔算厚到話屋企,但又足夠嚟包住啲湯汁,一咬落去,肉汁"嘩啦"嘅湧出來,個味即刻喺咀裡面打轉,真係有夠滋味。😋 跟住試吓嗰個既清新又入味嘅雞絲粉皮,算係一個幾爽口嘅小菜。粉皮滑騷騷嘅,真係一絲不苟,啖啖都覺得唔錯食。來翻碗炒麵,眼見上面油亮亮,以為會有啲膩手,但呢個擔心完全係多餘,麵條帶一丁點嚼勁,會令你食到停唔到口。🍜最後,蘿白絲酥餅,外皮酥到即刻,咬落去有啲"crosk crosk"嘅聲,內餡蘿白絲又適合得嚟,一啖咬落去,多層次感馬上襲嚟。聽街坊講得多,今次終於体驗到,,真係每一款小菜都有自己獨特嘅風味。等拉,下次攞個表嚟記錄一下,邊款我最掛住!🤤
