雖然呢排好多出名過江龍黎到香港,不過我始終鍾愛本地薑,特別係一d街坊小店🥰荃灣鱟地方出左名係一條食家街,雖然舖頭唔多,但係大部分都好食嘅😋特別係「叫餸食飯」,今日就介紹一間有人情味嘅小店 ── 漢都餐廳椒鹽肉排($60)雖然冇精緻嘅賣相,但係用料足,同價錢成正比,食落香口得黎,肉又唔會乾,鹹度剛好,只係港女略嫌油左少少金銀蛋肉碎浸白菜仔($63)家常小菜一道,又好難唔好食嘅🤭蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝($95)識食當然食粉絲,因為粉絲會吸收晒扇貝嘅精華,每一啖都係鮮味🥰但係呢個粉絲好似浸得唔夠耐...食落仲係硬嘅...如果可以發多陣先拎去蒸,相信佢吸收到精華之餘,口感又彈滑🤔至於扇貝都唔錯,大大隻,鮮味滑溜,都符合價錢期望🤓
