To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日搵朋友食飯路經荃灣,朋友話呢間越南菜做街坊生意,咁就入去試試。主打都係做矇、粉、飯同法包。沒有小炒,沒有小菜。選擇貴精不貴多,今次叫了烤肉串,越式豬扒撈矇,咖哩蟹膏法包。先說烤肉串,我以為類肉沙嗲串,原來不是,係沾酸甜醬,食完好醒胃,豬扒撈矇個汁都好得,加埋啲酸蘿蔔配菜,好食。咖哩蟹膏不是全蟹膏,應該加了雞蛋,但味道又出奇地夾法包幾味,食哂又唔會好漏。另外超勁推介~牛油果奶昔,朋友一個人飲咗2杯,好勁。街坊越南菜可以一試。
