To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今晚去了元朗拿點東西給堂姐,又和媽媽到藥妝店添置保濕用品,所以煮不了晚飯,我們索性去附近的魚一壽司吃日本菜。這裡人客絡繹不絕,光顧過都知道價廉物美,我家偶爾也平享壽司滋味。蟹籽沙律一整碟爆多蟹籽霸氣上桌,絲絲的蟹柳肉搭配爽脆的青瓜絲,攪拌後青瓜都沾上蟹籽,清爽中帶脆甜,衝擊口腔,令人愈吃愈涮嘴。火炙三文魚壽司火炙後味道很香呢,甜味逼出來比起三文魚刺身還要高,一口塞進多麼享受。火炙左口魚邊壽司油脂豐富,入口即化,百吃不厭。馬糞海膽軍艦色澤漂亮,濃厚的鮮甜感海味十足,媽媽說一定要好好在嘴裡品嚐才不浪費這海膽好滋味。我愛死牛油果軟殼蟹卷,讓人光用眼睛看已心情愉快,軟殼蟹炸得香酥,搭配滑潤的牛油果挺清新的,沒搶掉軟殼蟹的戲份,嚼感豐富。明太子雞翼火候控制恰到好處,烤得皮脆肉嫩,再加上足料鹹香的明太子釀進雞翼裡頭,每一口都吃到明太子的細膩感,喜歡明太子雞翼的別錯過。土佐豆腐熱騰騰的,外層裹著木魚絲炸至金黃香脆,內裡豆腐柔嫩軟滑,儘管豆腐浸泡在醬汁中好一會兒,外表亦沒有軟掉,與蔥花,蘿蔔蓉一起吃,口感,味道一絕。芝士燒生蠔滿滿的的芝士完全不手軟,如瀑布的熱量也不管了,最重要是趁熱把生蠔吃掉。生蠔肥
