To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 彩福的點心得過不少點心獎項,今日趁著週末與家人來到近砲台山的分店飲茶。此店場地較大,枱的分佈較分散,沒有壓迫感。鯪魚肉煎釀虎皮椒虎皮椒大隻又唔辣,椒幾甜;鯪魚肉算新鮮,亦不會吝嗇只有薄薄一層。銀蘿春風得意腸係必食之選,以白蘿蔔入饌清甜多汁,中間似春卷皮的部分香脆非常。海皇太子餃皮不厚,尚可透出饀料顏色,蝦粒頗彈牙。生滾霸王花肉片粥,粥底不濃稠。入口頗綿滑。瑤柱臘味蒸蘿蔔糕調味不足,味道偏淡。鮑魚燒賣皇肉質札實,真材實料原隻鮑魚仔置於其上。
