To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見呢幾日天氣幾好,決定做一啲有益身心嘅活動。先係入南丫島行山再食海鮮餐。本身諗住行一陣,以為就到就到,我哋由榕樹灣行咗兩個鐘到索罟灣。行完又渴又攰又肚餓,即刻搵嘢食醫肚。我哋諗緊食海鮮邊間好,見到最有名嘅天虹有埋船接送客出返巿區,但係最後都係揀咗旁邊嘅小店威記海鮮酒家幫襯。我哋坐喺海邊嘅位,客人唔多,但食物質素我哋兩個滿意。蝦用最簡單嘅白灼,蝦新鮮而且唔細。炒蟶子,好惹味,份量都幾滿意☺。椒鹽鮮魷,粉漿有啲厚,鮮魷新鮮彈牙😆。蒸扇貝,夠大隻,粉絲又多吸晒啲汁好味。蒸海斑,唔太大條,蒸得啱啱好,好滑。
