上環文咸街1908 BC British Chinese 聽個名都知非一般粵菜中菜咁簡單,大廚仲好有來頭,人地移民佢就由英國番香港開餐廳,帶來一系列帶有英式味道的中菜餐廳裝修份外格致,除左有散座仲有私廂房同露台,無論係朋友聯誼定商務宴客都十分適合。-香酥鴨&薄餅當日印象最深刻係香酥鴨&薄餅香酥鴨唔係平時食北京填鴨咁簡單,而係先用滷水及先用花椒八角滷滷,再將鴨肉拆絲炸肉,加埋蒜得熱的餅皮和京蔥青瓜,包埋起一齊食酥香得嚟又有滷肉的香氣。-花膠螺頭煲烏雞燉湯也有誠意, 清澈見底隔油功夫做得足,湯頭也甜美。-焗豬扒飯新品!連menu 都未有豬扒肉質鬆軟入味,梅頭肉咬落一食就知,咬落鬆軟多汁飯底炒得金黃夠鑊氣先攞去焗,番茄醬甜中帶微酸,撈焗得剛好的飯香口好食。-宮保蝦球另一款宮保蝦仁也是推薦啊蝦球一食就知用靚蝦去做菜咬落鮮味彈牙,上粉再炸,隻隻都皮脆爆汁,加埋甜酸汁配青紅椒,賣相滿分🥰🥰
