一家人去澳門搭船路經信德中心,上船前食個中午飯,就選了被譽為日式拉麵始祖發祥地的北海道札幌――緣屋。我點了店內最具人氣的拉麵款式―― 味噌蝦濃湯拉麵。濃厚的甜蝦湯配上傳統札幌拉麵的味噌,兩者取得平衡。原來這款招牌主打每日可賣出150碗,人氣十足。每碗備有叉燒、半隻流心雞蛋,還會灑上酥脆香口的櫻花蝦提鮮,麵條則是選用北海道曲麵,口感彈牙,質地較粗身可方便掛湯。媽媽點了醬油蝦濃湯拉麵, 湯底充滿醬油蝦味,配上櫻花蝦乾及紫菜碎,令整碗拉麵的鮮味更濃。 喜歡食肉的弟弟點了味噌叉燒蝦濃湯拉麵, 拉麵的叉燒增量版,拉麵上有5塊甘香、肥美的叉燒,軟嫩惹味。除拉麵吸引外,店內還有多款人氣小食。大部分貫徹主題,均以蝦作主題。點了炸蝦雲吞,必非常美味!
