有個好耐冇見既中同約我今日食飯,佢搵左間係佢屋企附近既餐廳,雖然遠遠地,但都應承左佢,去左沙田。聽個名以為係一間餐廳,但去到發現原來似係走中菜館路線。睇店名同餐牌都似係主打叉燒。其他菜式都影得幾近鏡同逼真。「餘韻悠揚」落左單後叉燒好快就送到,見到個樣已經覺得勁吸引,汁唔會太多,淋左小小係叉燒上面,覺得唔夠點返個汁。食落個肉係肥瘦分佈好均勻,油脂部分唔膩,有小小爽脆口感。瘦既部分好軟身,而且咬落肉汁多,唔柴。佢係少有既叉燒做到吞左落口後,仲有陣豬油香充斥住個口。果然招牌菜真係冇得頂!!!「固若金湯」朋友點既浸娃娃菜佢自己就好鍾意食,話呢啲夠嚼勁既菜好對佢胃口。不過我個人就偏向鍾意食啲較腍既娃娃菜。湯頭幾清,唔係死鹹,帶淡淡金華火腿味,整個菜式算幾夾。如果娃娃菜可以唔切,改為一瓣瓣咁整,再煮耐小小,我估應該會好岩我胃口。「破舊立新」用鹹蛋黃做炸皮既,多數都係配蝦,之前成日食黃金蝦,今日食呢個黃金鮮魷,感覺幾新鮮同特別。出面層皮唔厚,但蛋黃味幾出。魷魚個量亦都唔少,算係幾抵食。咬落個味有啲似平時酒樓點退炸魷鬚既昇華版,炸皮、魷魚都高級左咁。呢個拎黎做餸食飯都幾正!

用鹹蛋黃做炸皮既,多數都係配蝦,之前成日食黃金蝦,今日食呢個黃金鮮魷,感覺幾新鮮同特別。出面層皮唔厚,但蛋黃味幾出。魷魚個量亦都唔少,算係幾抵食。咬落個味有啲似平時酒樓點退炸魷鬚既昇華版,炸皮、魷魚都高級左咁。呢個拎黎做餸食飯都幾正!
