To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 通常都是晚上才跟朋友聚會,今天破例跟朋友來個星期六午聚,大雨下來到了這間位於中環的「文」吃壽司放題。「文」不是一般的日式放題餐廳,而是裝修精緻,有著西日風的型格餐廳。「All You Can Eat Sushi」($450/成人)當中必包括的有:前茶六款、串燒每人四款、天婦羅每人四款、壽司每人12件款式然後可以繼續追加壽司(All You Can Eat!),最後會有湯和甜品。今日沒有前菜六點,反而來了個海膽吞拿魚蓉配三文魚籽壽司,更有驚喜。海膽濃味不腥,三文魚籽又鮮味,配搭不錯。朋友還點了一支清酒大家分享,味道帶甜很易入口,醇味好酒。天婦羅有粟米仔、秋葵、茄子和蝦。每款都炸得鮮黃,不會厚粉和乾硬,外層香口脆薄,蝦又大隻爽甜,蘸上天婦羅汁更惹味,平時少吃炸物的我都把全碟吃光光。串燒:牛舌 - 看似乾身,但實際有驚喜,應該是近牛舌最嫩位置的部分,所以入口雖有嚼感但不會韌,而且愈嚼愈有肉汁甜;FUMI免治雞肉棒 - 雞肉碎打成再做卷,味道調得好,而且混有雞軟骨碎增添口感;雞翼 - 燒得剛好不過老;香菇 - 可以的。壽司:鯛魚、油甘魚、深海池魚、三文魚、帶子、左口魚、甜蝦、吞拿魚、鰻魚、香蔥

壽司
鯛魚、油甘魚、深海池魚、三文魚、帶子、左口魚、甜蝦、吞拿魚、鰻魚、香蔥碎吞拿魚腩卷、加州卷和日式雞蛋卷,其12款。

刺身絕對沒有因為放題而將貨就價,其刺身質素很不差,很鮮味。雖然美味,但份量實在很足,肚子已沒有空間再追加壽司了!
