這次二訪位於中環蘭桂坊加州大廈24樓ARIA🇮🇹晚上來這間意大利餐廳能飽覽中環的夜景🌃感覺更有情調 先奉上熱烘烘的牛油法包🥖可配黑醋橄欖油 - STARTER - 🍴烤八爪魚($388)配上奥西特拉鱘魚子醬及新鮮車厘茄,令軟腍的八爪魚添上一點咸鮮 🍴脆炸鮮魷配青辣椒($258)魷魚的炸衣非常薄脆,而微脆的青辣椒亦沾上了一點點鹽 - SOUP - 🍴南瓜松露忌廉湯($168)只點了一份,店員確認了我們是share後,很貼心地分了二份上桌💓除了有南瓜的香甜及新鮮黑松露的香氣外,還帶點薑的辛辣感 - MAIN - 🍴經典意式千層麵($318)用了新鮮的蕃茄煮成醬🍅底層的肉與芝士有種焦香感 🍴 烤春雞($388)把雞中間的肋骨全去掉,再壓平來烤,外皮香脆 - DESSERT - 🍮 Tiramisu($98)底層的蛋糕沾滿了咖啡及甜酒,濃淡適中🤎而表層的芝士口感綿滑 - DRINK - 🍸Relex($118)以蔓越莓與檸檬調成mocktail
