To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友岩岩落機,係菲律賓返香港,一齊去到大館睇展覽,順便聽朋友K吐下苦水,咁難得聚下,就搵個地方慢慢摸住酒杯傾計,食放題亦係再好不過既選擇,見到Facebook有人介紹呢間Fumi,有齊壽司放題又有酒飲,不妨一試。每人先叫左一杯特制既cocktail,右邊用上蘋果汁做base,加上清酒﹑燒酎等,配以青檸,好易入口,味道清爽開胃,而左邊係友人叫既,士多啤梨味好出,再加少少紅酒,兩杯同樣都好岩女仔飲。首先係廚師推介既頭盤,有海膽吞拿魚蓉三文魚子壽司,每片海膽都相當飽滿,而且好新鮮好creamy,加上吞拿魚蓉,同脆脆既三文魚子,帶有少少鹹香,令味道有多種層次,唔錯。小食就有枝豆,簡單既枝豆只係加左鹽去調味,好適合送酒。而套餐亦包括每人有兩件特上壽司,我地就揀左中拖羅同海膽,中拖羅脂肪較少,相對上魚味較濃,入口有鮮魚香同濃濃肉味。特上海膽壽司同樣亦相當鮮甜,不過就冇廚師推介既creamy,反而多左陣海水既清甜味。而雜錦天婦羅盛有多款炸物,例好海蝦﹑秋葵﹑粟米仔﹑茄子,天婦羅外層既炸粉好薄,海蝦非常鮮甜彈牙,而秋葵唔會炸得太乾,入面仲有好多汁,加埋蘿蔔蓉同天婦羅汁,令到炸物既味道唔會太膩。至於串燒

至於串燒盛亦有四款,分別係牛舌﹑宮崎和牛﹑冬菇同五花肉,宮崎和牛充滿肉香,而且好多肉汁;牛舌就相對爽口,加上鹽花調味,非常香口。

五花肉就用左燒汁調味,燒得好脆,而且肉吸收左燒汁既味道,好入味之外,仲有好香既油脂,飲住酒食真係好夾。

主角就係手握壽司放題,選擇都好多,例如有金目鯛﹑油甘魚﹑深海池魚﹑帶子﹑八爪魚 ﹑左口魚﹑鰻魚﹑香蔥碎吞拿魚腩卷等等,壽司細細件,醋飯既份量唔多,但表面上嘅刺身就好豐富,而且擺得好整齊好靚。

而我就比較鍾意食帶子同香蔥吞拿魚蓉卷,帶子肉厚而且好鮮甜,入口鮮嫩,唔點醬油都夠,可以食到帶子既原味;而香蔥吞拿魚蓉卷就好受友人既熱愛,encore左唔少次,因為吞拿魚蓉夠曬肥美,加上淡淡既蔥香味,夠曬惹味。

最後仲有櫻花雪糕,櫻花香味好濃,但都易入口,味道唔會太甜,作為今餐唔錯既結尾。
