放假同阿女去沙田新城市廣場行吓,之後去TOSS蘇媽蘇媽食晚飯。餐廳裝修以啡色、墨綠色做主調,餐枱上彩磚極具馬來風格,繽紛嘅色彩打卡影相一流。食物主打馬來西亞菜式。棒棒骨,肉骨茶以馬拉配方,用了二十多款藥材煲製多達兩個小時,濃郁帶藥材香,砂鍋內的肉骨茶好足料,有四枝棒棒排骨、幾件厚肉冬菇、豆卜、枝竹和杞子。肉骨茶無濃郁嘅藥材味,反而肉味幾香,容易入口。棒棒骨幾腍,肉唔算嚡。冬菇肉厚好爽口,豆卜索滿肉骨茶嘅味道,入口混和肉骨茶嘅濃湯,美食可口。福建炒蝦麵,用料有爽口嘅大蝦和鮮魷魚,每條伊麵都掛上濃郁鮮甜嘅醬汁,非常之惹咪。美祿暴龍,一杯冰鎮美祿加上香滑嘅雲尼拿雪糕,味道濃郁香甜,層次豐富。椰汁斑蘭冰,椰汁味比較香濃,入口順滑香甜。
