要數香港最吸引既甜品,我諗ATUM既油畫甜品都可能係近年數一數二既作品之一。今次好難得可以去試下呢個藝術品,對於我呢個對藝術天份近乎0既人黎講,都真係一個特別既體驗。係食野前先飲番杯果汁先,呢個果汁可以品嚐到好原味既士多啤梨汁,飲落唔會太甜,但果香幾濃,清甜!終於開始畫幅畫啦,揀左白色紙做底之後,廚師就係「畫紙」上面用各種果漿同朱古力去繪畫,真係好彩我冇出手畫埋一份,否則就破壞左幅令畫!配料有可可脆脆丶朱古力布丁丶抹茶麻糬丶桔果凍丶焦糖脆脆同埋好特別既Wasabi蛋白!樣樣都好神奇,我就最鍾意個焦糖脆脆之後就開始用分子料理既方式去整個雪糕!用左液態氮去即左兩款雪糕出黎(紅酒同埋竹炭雪糕),味道甜甜地唔會太死甜,最特別係個口感重係凍凍脆脆咁,好似冰既口感的雪糕,好清新又特別!廚師一路煮時一路好好笑容咁同人傾計,呢種好似Omakase既甜品我真係第一次試,好開心又舒服既感覺!真心想玩埋一份~好得意係個甜品上面最後加上自家制既龍鬚糖,口感冇平時傳統個種痴口既感覺!一個咁令既作品真係唔捨得去食去破壞佢,不過對食物最大的尊敬就係食左佢加埋杯咖啡,真係一個好Chill好完滿既周末
