蕭山進攻飲食界,我自己就係記得佢之前喺中環開咗嗰間食韓牛嘅木槿花,不過後尾執咗。最近聽到佢有又開間餐廳,係以平價做主打嘅堅石燒。 聽聞口碑不錯,我就專登黎試下。餐廳裝飾又幾新潮喎入座仲送一支搓手液俾你因為我嚟之前已經鎖定左食韓牛,咁我朋友呢佢就叫左美國牛板翼, 我哋一齊分享。首先想嘅係呢一個牛版翼,咁佢嚟到嗰陣已經燒咗一陣㗎啦,我哋就再煮熱啲同埋熟啲。我覺得個細心位係佢就有乾蒜頭同埋RoseMary,令個牛會更加香。不過講真,肉質又無特別,都偏un.食完牛板翼就黎韓牛!肉質相比下好大分別, 真係軟好多同有油香! 我地都好後悔無叫大份量啲食完驚有燒烤味,佢仲有部機去味。但我就覺得無咩用...總括來講,我覺得如果你淨係想過下鐵板燒過癮,咁可以平平哋喺度食牛都得。如果你想要味道嘅話,佢嘅韓牛都可以滿足到你嘅需求。所以都值得一試~
