To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為鐘意食辣，以前一個禮拜大約會食一次三哥。食親三哥都會叫佢個蕃茄湯底，比譚仔濃啲。蕃茄的三小辣食落去似十小辣，因為辣味比蕃茄的甜中和左。通常我會叫過橋，貪佢咩都有，唔洗諗食咩。如果女仔細食，其實一碗通橋已經可以俾兩個人分黎食。小食方面，我鍾意係個川椒皮蛋。食完仲會有麻香味係口入面。好多人都覺得譚仔食物質素差左。我反而感覺佢差唔多。一向我都覺得譚仔走的路線唔係超好食，係走快餐路線，味道合格就可以了。
