最近睇蔡瀾啲書,成日都提起九龍城間中菜,今日收工特登過去試真啲!夜晚七點半已經坐滿晒人,好在等咗10分鐘就有位~

一坐低阿姐就推介是日例湯——青紅蘿蔔粟米豬骨湯!細煲足夠4碗,湯渣裝到半滿,撈起仲見到成舊豬骨🐟!飲落超濃郁,冇味精好甜好夠火喉,啖啖都有豬骨香

🔥 招牌炒豬雜 $118
必點嘅鎮店之寶!豬肝、豬腰、粉腸爆炒得鑊氣沖天,仲落咗大量薑蔥同秘製醬油。豬腰切花刀好爽脆冇異味,連我平時最唔鍾意食嘅豬潤都可以炒得好有鑊氣,最驚喜係粉腸洗得超乾淨,咬落甘香帶微焦邊👏🏻

🍖 山楂醬排骨 $95
睇落似普通生炒骨,一食先知係心思作!排骨炸到外脆內鬆化,掛滿琥珀色嘅山楂醬,酸甜平衡得啱啱好,我覺得山楂醬調味係好食過菠蘿咕嚕肉,解膩效果滿分,同行怕肥嘅閨蜜都偷食咗三件😂

🥬 蒜蓉油麥菜 $72
特登叫碟菜睇下會唔會都係咁有水準,上到枱油麥菜翠綠到發光,蒜蓉爆到金黃色又唔燶,菜葉索晒油香夠曬香

🐖 豬油撈飯(細桶)$60
懷舊殺手鐧!細桶其實夠3-4人分,上枱時熱飯冒煙,自己撈埋豬油+甜豉油,睇住啲豬油慢慢溶化... 飯粒油潤到閃令令✨ 忍唔住扒咗兩碗,同行朋友未食過豬油撈飯食完之後都大讚

🍳香煎蓮藕餅 $108
厚度超有誠意!每塊都係手打蓮藕粒混半肥瘦豬肉再加鯪魚肉一齊打,煎到兩面金黃微脆,咬落「喀嚓」一聲,蓮藕爽脆入面仲有豬油香。呢個價錢有6大件係真心抵
