.⋯♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯⋯⋯ ♡⋯⋯⋯♡⋯平時去食印度菜我多數會去尖沙咀,但係原來中環都有高質印度菜。今次介紹嘅《Chutney Tandoor House》主打宮殿風格,金黃色嘅招牌配搭暖色系嘅色調,令人一種高貴又舒適嘅感覺。Raj Kachori店員介紹依款係印度傳統小食,外層係球形嘅脆餅,比較薄又香脆。切開脆餅就會有乳酪、薯仔、香蕉、青提、雞肉和蜜瓜等等,就比較開胃嘅前菜。Sarson Malai Jheenga依款係印度嘅香煎大蝦,金黃色嘅大蝦,配搭3款唔同顏色嘅醬汁(紅菜頭和番石榴),賣相已經好吸引。而金黃色大蝦就用左mustard、curry leaf同埋lemon去醃製,所以食落酸中帶香好滋味架。Butter chicken令一道印度常見嘅黃金雞,煮到入哂味又軟腍嘅雞肉,充滿牛油香又有少許松露味。我自己就鍾意配搭印度薄餅,新鮮熱辣辣出爐,夠哂鬆軟。飲品方面,如果唔飲酒嘅朋友可以試下Apple freshner ,有蘋果和柑橘味。飲酒嘅可以試Coco man sour,充滿椰香又帶少許酸味。Passion fruit coconut cake 口感幼滑又有清新嘅椰子
