今晚捐窿捐罅俾我搵到呢一間私房菜,嘢食好正,唔單止食材新鮮,而且煮法又考究。白汁燉白肺湯-首先處理白肺已經好考功夫,再白鑊後燉湯,一啲腥味都冇,反而杏仁咪出眾,湯帶稠滑順喉,十分滋潤。冰鎮鮑魚配燒汁芥辣醬-鮑魚口感軟腍,配醬汁夠惹味。鑲鑽黃金蝦-鹹蛋黃足料,而且係用燕麥去做外層,減退油膩口感,而且唔會食到厚粉漿。而且大蝦肉質新鮮彈牙。生煎鯪魚餅-打到鯪魚餅起晒膠,而且無咩碎骨,咬落啖啖魚肉。砵酒焗桶蠔-蠔身肥厚,薑蔥惹味。古法瓦罉豉油雞-一上枱就見豉油汁卜卜卜卜的,玫瑰露酒嘅香味直撲入鼻,入口甜甜地,雞肉就非常嫩滑,讚!上湯浸時蔬-菜心鮮甜,而且帶有少少金華火腿香。招牌名門炒飯-好足料,炒得又夠乾身。薑湯煲番薯糖水-薑味適中熱辣辣上枱,多番薯,係標準甜度。總括食材新鮮,而且煮法考究,好啱家庭聚會,下次再試其他菜式。
