今日同屋企人去咗食私房菜。呢度有個商務四人套餐,咁啱四個人就完全唔使煩。每道菜都做得精緻,用料新鮮不馬虎,值得一試! 一開始有個湯暖下胃先。杏汁燉豬肺湯,豬肺處理得乾淨,無異味,杏汁味道濃郁,飲落順喉滋潤。 冰鎮鮑魚夠晒新鮮,肉質爽嫩唔會韌,點少少芥末燒汁,鮮味更加突出,凍食好適合夏天。 鑽鑲黃金蝦超正!鹹蛋黃嘅鹹香完全包裹住大蝦,麥皮脆卜卜,蝦肉爽彈大隻,睇落去成隻炸雞槌咁! 生煎蓮藕餅外脆內軟,蓮藕片夾住肉餡,肉畀蓮藕粒多,食落似肉餅。 薑蔥焗桶蠔,蠔肉肥美,薑蔥爆炒得夠香,蠔味鮮甜! 瓦罉豉油雞係全晚亮點!雞皮滑溜,肉質嫩滑,豉油香又帶點玫瑰露味,好有傳統風味。 上湯時蔬,菜心清甜爽口。 招牌名門炒飯炒得夠乾身,裏面有啲蝦仁叉燒同埋蔥粒,簡單但美味! 最後仲有海帶綠豆沙送,鍾意佢唔會太甜,清潤解膩,為呢餐完美作結。
