To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本原純素開咗一段時間,午市餐牌久唔久會轉。餐廳以自助形式運作,由點餐、取餐到收拾都係顧客自己去做。個人覺得配菜同部分菜式味道偏濃,而且大部分嘅配菜都係偏辣 (即使餐牌上冇辣椒嘅標記)。Lunch menu (A-D可配自選前菜2款)A. 韓式粉絲伴野菜飯卷 配泡菜 (可走五辛) ($118)韓式粉絲好好食,口感煙韌,有麻油嘅香味,配料有紅蘿蔔、大豆芽同唐芹。野菜飯卷嘅配料有just egg、青瓜、酸蘿蔔同紅蘿蔔。泡菜只有辣味而食唔出其他嘅味,我個人唔太鍾意食。D. 香菇素魯肉飯 配鹽酥杏鮑菇 ($108)素魯肉醬味道偏鹹,配多D飯黎食會比較好。鹽酥菇外皮炸得薄而香脆。配菜: 韓式大豆芽、醋香雲耳當日冇哂麻醬菠菜,所以就叫咗韓式大豆芽同醋香雲耳。醋香雲耳聽個名以為好似陳醋雲耳咁酸酸哋,點知食落味道偏辣同鹹,完全冇醋嘅酸味,雲耳佈滿紅辣椒。韓式大豆芽味道正常,個人覺得都係辣咗少少。
