同屋企長輩出街食飯,指定動作係食中菜架啦,食厭左上海菜,今日就帶他們嚟食福建菜!適逢莆田海蠣節,用養足300日既海蠣烹調,提供左6種煮法選擇,優惠價以$188就可以叫其中2款嚟食~我們揀左福建特色煎海蠣,其實係用雞蛋煎海蠣,唔同平時食開既港式蠔餅,呢個無溝粉,所以係偏軟同腍身。酥炸椒鹽海蠣炸得香口,調味啱啱好,仲食到海蠣鮮味~蝦苗伴頭水紫菜,但憑賣相完全估唔到係咩嚟,以紫菜中既珍品「頭水紫菜」配上香醋製成,爽口開胃大白菜燉軟豆腐,無咩特別,大白菜量好少...莆田荔枝肉,其實似生炒排骨味既炸豬肉,幾好食,值得一提荔枝肉係福建傳統名菜,因為原料中有白色荸薺同切成十字花刀的豬瘦肉,烹調後因外形型似荔枝而得名黃花魚燜飯,珍珠米索哂魚既精華,粒粒飯都甘入味,幾特別!
