尖沙咀又新開了一間日本菜,就像omakase 般每款慢慢上,但會以不同價目設好餐單,都以不時不食不鮮不食做重點,每款都很精緻餐廳環街以木系和風做主調,旁邊有一張大棱角吧檯,可見到師父整壽司及刺身今日試了献立$1280/位,入面好多款食物寫哂喺餐牌上先上櫻花蝦紫菜卷,炸到好金黃,入口脆身又有鹹香味道蟹肉甘蝦配土佐酢果凍,入面有松葉蟹肉及甘蝦嘅鮮甜味,面頭仲有食用花好靚宮城縣鮮帆立貝刺身好厚身,成粒切開一半都好大件,入口軟中帶一點爽,好鮮甜鰹魚刺身好肥美,我呢個係腩位,再經醃漬過所以特別好食松葉蟹肉茶碗蒸蛋香不斷,蒸到剛好又夠滑身,仲有蟹肉嘅我鮮味季節之壽司四貫,都係秋冬時令刺身,最愛秋刀魚嘅獨特味道分別係金目鯛醋漬小肌右口魚秋刀魚大金槍魚腹壽司入口甘香肥美,油脂豐富海膽壽司好鮮甜,仲填到滿滿的最後是是煙燻熊本A4和牛,用木盒去做到煙燻效果,再經師父切件上,口感嫩腍啖啖煙燻香氣另外這店出名主打嘅蕎麥麵都係必食之選,非常煙韌彈牙最尾甜品做到成坐富士山咁,勁靚喔
