餐廳主打日式Omakase, 呢度所有新鮮食材都係黎自🇯🇵日本ga😳 一場黎到就叫咗”🥩牛肉壽喜燒Omakase “($368/人)☺️ 呢個餐真係非常豐富, 有沙律、茶碗蒸、日本蔬菜﹑壽喜燒﹑米飯﹑湯品﹑漬物、麵豉湯同甜品/飲品😍 我仲加咗$128 食🍤天婦羅四品❗️一開始就先品嚐前菜🥗沙律,之後就係以85度恆溫蒸煮嘅茶碗蒸,口感特別軟滑😛 今日嘅4款天婦羅亦相當唔錯,有海蝦腳配海蝦、蓮藕、蘆筍及魚塊,每款嘅炸粉都唔厚,配上店加特製嘅天婦羅汁同鹽,真係好夾❗️個人最鍾意食佢嘅咖喱鹽,特別得嚟又有陣陣嘅咖喱香😛之後廚師就開始烹調北海道A4 和牛肉眼同肩肉啦🥰 煮法仲有分關東同關西煮法,牛肉真係質素好好,咬落去好嫩滑,油脂入口即溶,但又唔會好油膩😍食完主菜,師傅將啱啱煮牛肉嘅精華用嚟炒蛋同菇,再鋪喺飯面俾我哋食,好滋味😛之後食埋檸檬雪葩,為整餐或上完美句號❗️整過過程侍應嘅服務都非常殷勤,服務一流☺️
