心血來潮想食日本菜,見到這間位於 D2 Place 的餐廳在 OpenRice 的評價唔錯,一於訂枱試試。在 OpenRice 訂枱後,餐廳有專人跟進我們想食壽喜燒還是 Tempura, 以便安排適當的枱。對餐廳服務的有良好的第一印象。一行三人,叫了一份阿波尾雞·西班牙黑豚壽喜燒,兩份A4和牛壽喜燒,及一瓶龜泉純米吟釀生原酒。第一次看見廚師在面前煮壽喜燒,感覺良好。先付(頭盆)是有北海道松葉蟹肉加腐皮。一聽到是松葉蟹肉,已經急不及待地試味,忘記了相機先食的原則。實在太好味了!😋😅接著的茶碗蒸,蒸蛋滑溜而充滿海鮮味,蛋面放著鮮甜的松葉,大家都慢慢品嚐,不捨得吃完這碗蒸蛋。😋😂我同阿女食的 A4 和牛,每個不同部位,包括肩肉,肉眼及西冷,在鍋內煎過及加壽喜燒汁,令牛有小許焦香又嫩滑,再配上新鮮蛋黃做醬汁,好味之餘又特別。😋😋女婿食的阿波尾雞及西班牙黑豚肉,也是用同樣方法煮,他也讚口不絕。主食是洋蔥、菇及滑蛋蓋在白飯面。飯後甜品方面,我們選了蜜瓜及雪糕。餐廳環境佳,廚師及服務員細心及用心。食得開心,飲得高興,大家都盡興而回。😊✌️下次要回來試天婦羅。😋

先付(頭盆)是有北海道松葉蟹肉加腐皮。一聽到是松葉蟹肉,已經急不及待地試味,忘記了相機先食的原則。實在太好味了!😋😅
接著的茶碗蒸,蒸蛋滑溜而充滿海鮮味,蛋面放著鮮甜的松葉,大家都慢慢品嚐,不捨得吃完這碗蒸蛋。😋😂
我同阿女食的 A4 和牛,每個不同部位,包括肩肉,肉眼及西冷,在鍋內煎過及加壽喜燒汁,令牛有小許焦香又嫩滑,再配上新鮮蛋黃做醬汁,好味之餘又特別。😋😋
女婿食的阿波尾雞及西班牙黑豚肉,也是用同樣方法煮,他也讚口不絕。

飯後甜品方面,我們選了蜜瓜及雪糕。

壽喜燒用上宮崎A4和牛嘅肉眼位同西冷位,頭兩片肉眼和牛肉先以關西風去烹調, 先以牛肪起鑊
再落糖整至焦糖化,令和牛煎香後帶點焦糖嘅甜味,之後西冷和牛會則用上關東風去烹調,即加入壽喜燒湯汁後再加入和牛去煮,食嘅時候可以沾上夢王蛋黃,令和牛口感更提升,亦可以點上wasabi/ 柚子皮法式芥末,更增添風味!

二人dinner食咗個豬,一個牛sukiyaki,師傅好細心會問清楚有咩唔食,黑豚好正,脆面入味唔會un, 宮琦牛都好值回票價。值得一讚係師傅比我地試埋天婦羅,好flexible,有下次。坐得舒服,荔枝角想食好西必選。

中午去開荔枝角搵野食,俾我係D2 place two 搵到間有壽喜燒同天婦羅嘅omakase,全部都有師傅係bar枱前煮理😀前菜先嚟沙律 茶碗蒸,茶碗蒸好滑天婦羅試咗沙魚和栗子🌰,超好味另外壽喜燒佢哋用A4牛,唔會太過多油脂又有肉味師傅又好nice,真係值得一試再試
