To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生日月食咗好多大餐,諗住食得light啲,又去食越南河。今次揀咗平民越南餐廳,點知小越廚嘅份量非常足料, 啲湯河同牛肉夾極仲有,小食同飲品都係加大左嘅份量,價錢仲要好平, 糧尾恩物🤣🤣 絕大多數湯河$50 蚊以下有交易。 見到好多街坊有幫襯生牛肉河牛肉片都好粉紅吓,份量好多加咗$8轉蕃茄蟹肉椰汁湯底,同平日清淡嘅牛肉湯感覺好唔同,幾特別酸辣鳳爪 跟餐加$14酸爽好吃,份量大,超值羅漢果茶 加$6清潤無糖,健康之選飲品全部跟餐減$10 本身想試吓牛油果奶昔,但又驚肥,下次再試下
