To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尖沙咀下午茶有什麼東西好吃? 路過這間旺記冰室竟然要排隊,一於放擔嘗試一下。下午茶款式有數款,價錢在這地區尚算便宜。一般茶餐廳環境、間隔、坐位及服務。我們點了2份下午茶餐,上菜也算快。鮑魚火腿絲忌廉雞湯通粉 $38這是大廚熱烈推介的下午茶餐,配鮮牛油麥包多士及4.3 牛奶炒日本滑蛋。忌廉雞湯相當不錯,滑蛋絕對夠滑,但麥包不熱又不軟。柚子蜜很少柚子,不太甜。南乳炸雞髀薯條 $38平時很少吃南乳肉類,味道怪怪的,可能普通原味炸雞脾更好吃,不過勝在即叫即炸,整份茶餐賣相不錯,有沙律菜及薯條,炸薯條夠香脆。
