行開長沙灣見呢間店幾有格調就入嚟試下。雖然店舖面積比較細,但入到去感覺都坐得舒服,而且唔會覺得大油煙味。餐牌好精美,而烏冬嘅配搭好多元化,可以自由搭擇主菜、湯底,而湯底好有特色。而呢度主打手打烏冬,我地當然要叫黎食下啦。先揀咗主菜沖繩豚·軟骨煮,然後選擇湯底「新鮮」,即係每日鮮製鯛魚濃湯。烏冬好大碗,煮得軟身得嚟唔會爛,好入湯底味。而個湯底魚味夠出,亦很濃郁。日式炸雞,炸得表皮好脆,炸粉唔會厚身,肉質肥厚,食落啖啖肉,再配合沙律醬無咁漏。松葉蟹膏茶碗蒸,蛋蒸得滑溜,唔會過熟,再配合蟹膏嘅香氣帶有咸香,再有松葉嘅草本味好清新,食過返唔到轉頭!最後就係沖繩黑糖蕨餅,蕨餅好軟熟,食到黑糖嘅清香味道,配埋灑面嘅黃豆粉,又係少甜,好清新。
