老公一向喜歡食中菜,今日好特別,佢話同我去1908bc British Chinese食英式中菜,我聽都未聽過,真係要見識一下,餐廳位於上環樓上舖,由英籍華人主理 ,主打懷舊中菜。餐廳裝修雅緻,座位寬敞舒適!香酥鴨跟薄餅:那是一道北京片皮鴨西化版,將鴨以豉油、水果和香料醃味,撕碎後用滾油炸至脆卜卜,配上青瓜條、大葱和秘製醬汁,包在中式薄餅內,一口咬下,又香又脆滋味無窮!集燴脆麵:這一道是肉絲炒麵西化版,麵條煎至雙面金黃色,表面再澆上混有蝦、魷魚、菇和白菜的獻汁,食落香脆彈牙。蝦多士配甜辣醬:蝦多士中間是以蝦為餡料,再沾上芝蔴,在麵包上面加多隻鳳尾蝦,炸至金黃香脆,配甜辣醬更可令味道提升。愛丁堡啤酒:易入口,有清爽口感!
