Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾經於朋友家中嘗試過印傭姐姐煮的家鄉菜,對印尼菜有初部嘅認識,"Soto"雞湯(唔記得係唔係咁叫) 、巴東牛肉、炸魚黃薑飯等,初次接獨都對印尼菜留有好好的觀感,一直想再試,但朋友的姐姐又已經回鄉了,所以惟有搵一搵香港嘅印尼餐廳試一試可以唔以重溫昔日姐姐嘅味道,終於比我搵到一間香港媒體都有介紹過的,覺得佢哋嘅菜式都幾有特色,於是趁著去Sogo買嘢,就去試一試啦,坐低後,地方比較窄啲,但我同男友都好彩未買東西,所以都夠坐,見到餐牌都好多選擇,但沒有我想食嘅黃薑飯,天呀,惟有改叫店內的特色飯(班蘭飯)代替啦,我就叫咗個炸魚配班蘭飯,男友就叫咗虎蝦花膠雞湯粉皮,到菜式上枱時,佢哋用好有風味嘅籃上菜,炸魚看似好乾身,但食落外脆內軟,肉汁鮮嫩,完全無腥味,至於班蘭飯,綠綠地色,香味獨特,值得一試,原來印尼菜除黃薑飯外,仲有呢一個咁好嘅選擇,男友的虎蝦粉皮,虎蝦就合格,但個花膠雞湯就一流,雞同花膠味都好出,正!真正出人意表,無諗過印尼菜都有咁啱我們香港人食嘅湯底,而且同個粉皮亦好搭配,口感似足腸粉咁滑,最後追加兩串沙嗲一雞串,一白膳,沙嗲醬亦有驚喜,花生味香濃,好開胃,不過要提一提,沙嗲製作都耐,可
