To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前一路都知道銅鑼灣有一間好出名食花膠湯粉嘅舖頭要排晒長龍,趁住而家少咗人出街食飯,終於都可以去試一試啦!之前淨係試過外賣佢嘅甜品,朱古力千層糕超正!我真係為咗呢一個花膠湯粉皮黎㗎啦!配餸都有勁多仲可以揀,我今次就揀咗巴東牛肉!一嚟到就見到佢真係超級真材實料,個湯飲落好滋潤,又唔會有過分地漿口嘅感覺。一碗入面有勁多花膠,以呢個價錢來講, CP值真係高到冇人有!不過粉皮份量都好多,差d食唔曬,老闆話下次可以試吓叫銀針粉或者米粉!另外一個就叫咗招牌班蘭雞尖塔飯!嗰飯顏色真係好吸引,食落真係有少少斑斕葉嘅味道,但又唔會過濃,比起食油飯特別好多!d雞肉好滑!仲叫咗個柚子雞翼,甜甜地非常開胃,而且勁大隻!印尼咖啡涼粉冰好好味,本身以為會好甜,但係出奇地同涼粉好夾,咖啡味好香!鴛鴦芒果汁都好特別,顏色好靚!
