滷水鵝片 (例) @$168: 鵝片啖啖肉, 肉質很o林, 沒有骨, 滷水味也很入足夠, 但不會過鹹, 魚露浸花甲 @$188: 花甲是已去一半殼的, 看得出是廚師的心機菜,  花甲同樣啖啖肉, 但花甲味道偏淡, 豬腳凍 @$108: 就是一塊塊沒有味道的o者o里口感, 而且是偏軟的o者o里口感, 不懂得欣賞此物,,, 汕頭煎蠔烙 @$108: 此蠔烙是油炸的, 絕對不是煎的, 口感軟糯糯的, 有點像台灣的蚵仔煎, 但油份太多了, 完全沒有瀝乾就上碟, 膩!!!,,, 這真是傳統的潮州菜?!,,,
