行完花墟搵嘢食,見到有間潮州菜就入咗去試。裝修感覺幾優雅,新派嘅潮州菜館。老藥桔潮州特產,入口少少酸飲完感覺幾潤喉。魚露浸花甲花甲肥美鮮甜,加咗魚露提鮮。夏天食呢款冷盤一流。鵝三寶三寶:鵝肉、鵝肝、鵝腸鵝肉肉嫩,鵝肝入口即溶,鵝腸爽口。三款都夠入味。潮州紅燒魚翅湯汁香濃亦足料每一啖都食到翅。入口仲食到瑤柱同金華火腿。汕頭煎蠔烙屋企人一個想食蠔烙一個想食蠔仔粥😂最後煎蠔烙贏咗。上枱時熱呼呼的,脆口但唔油膩,每啖都有蠔仔,點魚露吊一吊味更好。碧綠川椒雞搞唔清碧綠係咩菜😂但炸脆咗好好食川椒雞香口嫩滑,甜中帶辣。清燉荷包鱔鱔件燉至軟身,吸收咗荷葉同陳皮嘅香味,感覺幾特別。反沙芋頭邪惡嘅手工菜!每件芋頭都比糖同蔥包住,甜得嚟帶蔥香。
