To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 荃灣南豐紗廠活化後煥然一新,但對於像我這類對藝術和手作等零知識的市井市民來說,還是看看有甚麼好吃吧。無意中發現了一間外觀光猛企理的cafe,入內發現不少花的精緻佈置,加上這店菜式以可食用花作賣點,賣相色彩繽紛,菜名必有Lover, 女士必定大愛,打卡精選。Vege Lover: 顧名思義,這道菜以蔬菜為主,大啡菇真的巨大,連同蘑菇用蒜蓉同焗,又香又多汁! 水煮蛋也煮得剛好。Burger Lover: 炸軟殼蟹漢堡包,軟殼蟹熱騰騰,炸得香脆,跟羽衣甘藍同吃,減低油膩感,是巧妙配搭。Meat Lover: 用上五花肉與煙肉,醬汁惹味,薯蓉也不錯,有咬口,不是很爛的一類。甜蕃薯條: 這是驚喜所在,焗得香甜,外脆內軟,高分之作!每碟餸均有不少新鮮蔬菜配襯,茶也芳香,吃後一點也沒有飽滯感覺,加上環境舒適清雅,是朋友或情侶悠閒約會的好地方呢。

Vege Lover: 顧名思義,這道菜以蔬菜為主,大啡菇真的巨大,連同蘑菇用蒜蓉同焗,又香又多汁! 水煮蛋也煮得剛好。

Burger Lover: 炸軟殼蟹漢堡包,軟殼蟹熱騰騰,炸得香脆,跟羽衣甘藍同吃,減低油膩感,是巧妙配搭。
