今日book左間長期多人既餐廳「Flagship」,係船街行到最入就會見到,有西式既感覺,用簡約風格為主Ship’s Caesar Salad $158凱撒沙律非常特別,係香港口味既配搭,將配料轉曬做鹹蛋黃、魚乾,再加生菜同沙律醬,出面好少見Yellow Chicken $298用黃油雞整成既菜,以醃製加烤焗既方法製成,雞唔會太老,成熟度剛剛好,保留肉汁,不過鹽可能係最後先落,味道少少偏咸Truffle Mushroom Pasta $158黑松露意粉好creamy好香,有少量既蘑菇比較硬身,如果可以重味D可能更加好大白兔糖奶凍食落口滿滿都係大白兔糖既香味,令人非常懐念以前新年一定會食好多,奶凍香滑,係好唔錯既甜品整體黎講水平不錯,但上菜需時太耐,最後食左2個鐘先食完,好野係需要等待,不過吹水黎講都係一個好地方
