To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假要到酒樓飲茶,是一件很疲累的事,早陣子朋友提到石門站開了間新酒樓,所以上星期和奶奶飲茶便決定去試試。樓底超高,桌子之間的空間非常寬闊,坐得很舒服。下午茶時段,點心價位約二十到三十元,有些特色點心約四十元。鮮蝦春卷夠熱夠脆又沒有很油,蝦肉餡料彈牙好味。牛肉球我沒吃,不過男人說不錯。蝦餃也算大隻,皮有彈性,餡料一樣爽口彈牙。脆肉瓜蝦餃,價錢只是比蝦餃便宜5元,但少了一粒,蝦肉份量很少,口感水水的,不會再點。這碟芋頭糕,口感極粉,又像油泡一樣,我會用難吃去形容,沒下次。這個櫻花蝦煎薄撑有驚喜,煎得香脆但不會過火,沒有很油,入口不會太粉感,啖啖櫻花蝦味。合桃馬拉糕,本身對合桃一般,而這個馬拉糕更是完全不鬆軟。食物質素有點參差,但環境不錯又不用等多久,和家人飲茶還是會考慮這裡。
