「Trattoria Doppio Zero」開業已有約兩年, 米芝蓮也推介過, 還未有機會正式坐下來吃一餐飯。這晚正式來用餐,感覺雖然未致驚艶,整體好吃倒也是事實,也可算是舌尖上的高潮迗起。「Chitarra – Sea Urchin/Crab roe/Tarragon」$225海膽意大利麵,這裡的 Chitarra 麵有如上海粗炒那樣粗,內𥚃混有鮮海膽和面頭放有蟹子,都是鮮味十足的朋友。將熱的扁意粉與海膽混起來,熱力令海膽溶化香氣四溢, 口感煙韌,因為我自己很喜愛吃海膽,好吃!第一趟高潮來臨了。「Grilled USDA Prime Ribeye (10oz) – Bone marrow/Anchovy&Garlic Butter/Gremolata Ribeye」$385肉眼扒燒至 medium 切條,仍保持令人歡樂的嫩粉紅,上塗半溶的蒜蓉牛油已夠邪惡得好吃,肉質很嫩,且肉汁豐盈。再加一條焗至半溶牛骨髓,用茶匙塗來吃,肥滋滋的,油脂甘香,令牛的香氣更上一層樓,簡直是另一高潮所在。
