Greenery再次誘發我記食評的習慣。帝苑,平常我都是吃它的甜品居多。今次再重溫自助餐的瘋狂,來到雅苑座Greenery。甫進去三樓,聽到悠然悅耳的歌聲,是駐場的鋼琴手和女歌手在表演。餐廳的設計坐落於中庭,可能是假期前夕的關係,特別墟冚和熱鬧。雖然當天晚餐時段18:30就開始,但由於工作的原因,還是20:00才到達。食物基本上都放在餐廳中央,不用跑很遠。慣例是先嘗冷盤再吃熱盤。海鮮主要有小龍蝦、青口、蟹腳、海蝦和螺,不吃生蠔的我也不覺得失落。夾一點青菜,玩上最愛吃的薯仔沙拉和巴馬火腿,一流!跟著,看見海南雞飯要稍稍排一下,第二盤也揍了熱鬧嘗一下久違的海南雞。雞肉很滑,如果不是怕肚子裝不了其他美食,我應該能吃上好幾碗飯了!跟著吃了好幾隻胡椒蟹,味道很濃,你愛吃蟹的一定能吃一大盤。接下來再戰一點燒味,可能總覺得吃自助餐吃燒味怪怪,但叉燒豬耳墨魚樣樣齊全,還給我夾到啖啖肉的雞脾,真幸運!吃到這,肚皮已脹了一半。每人一坐下有一張小卡拿鮑魚來的,每人一隻。廚師很體貼,上菜時已把它界好,一小口一小口吃,比起中菜式的鮑魚沾滿醬汁,這個口感更清新,更吃到鮑魚的鮮味。吃完鮑魚後,再拿了一點咖哩蝦和幾款

跟著吃了好幾隻胡椒蟹,味道很濃,你愛吃蟹的一定能吃一大盤。接下來再戰一點燒味,可能總覺得吃自助餐吃燒味怪怪,但叉燒豬耳墨魚樣樣齊全,還給我夾到啖啖肉的雞脾,真幸運!吃到這,肚皮已脹了一半。

每人一坐下有一張小卡拿鮑魚來的,每人一隻。廚師很體貼,上菜時已把它界好,一小口一小口吃,比起中菜式的鮑魚沾滿醬汁,這個口感更清新,更吃到鮑魚的鮮味。

吃完鮑魚後,再拿了一點咖哩蝦和幾款串燒,特別推薦牛舌。我也是一個蒸魚怪,那條石斑我也夾了不少,畢竟在家很難有這種火喉。
最後,當然少不了帝苑最有名的甜品!雪糕有Haagen-Dazs,美中不足的是沒有我最喜歡藍莓和最新皇室奶茶的口味,但幸好還有士多啤梨,一口氣吃下三球!蛋糕方面,其實有很多選擇,大家不妨一行幾人分享,以免浪費食物。這次,我嘗了藍莓和芝士蛋糕,配上幾塊西瓜和朱古力棉花糖作為這頓晚餐的尾聲。

打八折後每人$560,以食物豐富和質素的程度,算是我最愛的自助餐清單內了。如果下次有空,平日一至四來再用優惠,四百多的價錢就已經物超所值!
