Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友好耐無見,約係尖沙咀食返餐好野。因為大家都鍾意食日本野,就揀了呢間餐廳。⭐️海鮮沙律 海鮮被淋上微酸柚子醬汁,好清爽開胃。⭐️串燒 鹽燒鰻魚燒到個皮好脆,而雞肉上面個醬係明太子,最鍾意呢兩款串燒。仲有雞中翼、汁燒魷魚&燒羊鞍,都唔錯。⭐️角切刺身飯 厚切油甘魚、赤身同三文魚好大件又新鮮,正。⭐️壽司十貫 海膽好creamy,最鍾意呢款壽司。中拖羅、蔥花吞拿魚蓉&帶子都好好食。⭐️合鴨湯烏冬 同朋友聚一聚,當然要飲返杯清酒,開心下。
