臨近中秋,朋友又為我送來一盒來自「大同老餅家」的月餅,這是我之前從未試過的,這家傳統老店在元朗已有六十年多的歷史,歷史由久單看他的鐵盒,與現時賣相新穎的月餅盒截然不同,金光閃閃的表面,有着兩朵大牡丹,顯得格外古老。打開盒子,也是擺放着用傳統膠袋包裝的大月餅,這次是雙黃白蓮蓉月月餅表面焗到啡黃色,有着一層油面,及印有「大同」二字。十字型切開,蛋黃並沒有滲出黃油,真有點失望還以為老字號出品的月餅蛋黃質素一定比較高,很好蛋黃咸香味尚算濃郁,有着微微的粉粒,而白蓮蓉都不會過甜,入口香滑,整體尚算不錯,不過自己還是喜歡新式的月餅,如:奶皇月及雪糕月餅~

月餅表面焗到啡黃色,有着一層油面,及印有「大同」二字。十字型切開,蛋黃並沒有滲出黃油,真有點失望還以為老字號出品的月餅蛋黃質素一定比較高,很好蛋黃咸香味尚算濃郁,有着微微的粉粒,而白蓮蓉都不會過甜,入口香滑,整體尚算不錯,不過自己還是喜歡新式的月餅,如:奶皇月及雪糕月餅~
