燒雞呈上來了! 
西餐的燒雞,早己對半分開。金黃色的燒雞旁,附有一束迷迭香。
雞腿先天就是滑溜,肉質當然無得輸。
而雞胸的肉也不太乾,仍看得到雞胸肉光澤,
連同雞皮一同品嚐,二者口感和味道上是互補。

呈上時,果然没有讓人失望。
帶骨的厚身豬扒,比手指還要厚。

就因為厚身,要以較尖銳的餐刀來切開。
片片攤開時,明顯看到每片都是白色圍著淡粉紅色。
白色=外圍早已變熟的豬肉  
中間淡粉紅色=就是剛轉熟的顏色
看得見的鮮嫩。 
餐廳對食材有信心,才會選用這慢煮方式來制作如此厚身的豬扒。 
片片豬扒淋上黑醋汁,大家都手起叉落來品嚐滑滑豬扒了。

這個層層叠起的TIRAMISU頗吸引。

4層的結構,以手指餅及芝士梅花間竹地叠起。

面灑有朱古力粉及類似酥皮的碎片。

原來意大利LadyFinger手指餅,
已預早浸在特制的Rum酒及咖啡中吸味。
所以每一口軟綿綿又很有質感的手指餅,都帶有酒香及咖啡味,
再配上滑溜卻不太甜的淡黃色芝士及類似酥皮的碎片,
這才是有質素的TIRAMISU。

不知PICCOLO是何物,先向職員了解一下。  
原來是濃郁版的LATTE:ESPRESSO + 份量較少的牛奶
杯子亦會比一般咖啡杯細小。
職員展示了杯子大小的分別:
咖啡杯>PICCOLO杯  
因為奶的份量減少了,ESPRESSO的比例就增加,
所以與一般LATTE對比,PICCOLO的咖啡味更濃郁,
也保留著奶的滑溜口感。
