To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末 Family Day,孝順的我們帶著長老親友們聚一聚,飲茶吃點心是必然的了,今次帶他們去沙田石門的彩福皇宴吃午茶。以下幾款是我個人比較喜歡的點心及小菜。旋風黄金流沙包 - 得獎點心之一,黃金流沙餡料既香且滑,外皮薄薄一層,輕輕一咬流沙滲出,非法滿足。芝心海皇千絲春卷 - 另一得獎點心,外層香脆可口,內裡芝士夾心餡料,雙重口感。香煎蘿蔔糕 - 籮蔔絲比例多,輕輕煎一下已很好味,長老們一致讚好。露筍鮮蝦腐皮卷 - 另一香口之選,清新的露筍及新鮮的蝦肉,用腐皮包裹煎封,實為長久不敗之點心之一。蜜汁叉燒包 - 中式包鬆軟非常,叉燒餡十足,這個包一定要熱呼呼吃才適合。濃湯籮蔔燒骨腩煲 - 湯底是預期的濃郁,反易比較像蘿蔔長時間蒸煮出來的清湯,而排骨腩煮在湯很入味,不錯的一款小菜。
