再訪灣仔明閣上次試了脆皮炸子雞的美味, 今次信心滿滿的點了雲腿琥珀百花雞.果然, 果然沒有令我失望. 這百花雞絕不欺場, 一上桌大家已嘩一聲. 請客絕不失禮, 打卡亦一流. 這百花雞看得出師傅的手藝, 手工菜色最要用心. 燒鵝皮、乳豬皮、雞皮, 配上多汁嫩雞肉, 佐酒送飯亦一流. 下層為蝦膠.夾一件雞, 多重口感, 多重口味. 伴碟的還有琥珀合桃、炸蓮藕片及雲腿. 樣樣出色. 甜香脆鹹樣樣齊, 怎可不愛. 誠意推介這雲腿琥珀百花雞.另外今次還點了油雞樅菌菜遠龍躉斑球. 菌香十足, 與菜遠鹹香配搭得十分美好. 龍躉斑球啖啖肉, 厚身的魚皮充滿骨膠原, 怎可不愛. 魚弓彈牙, 吃得出很新鮮. 整個菜式配搭一流.吃好吃滿後, 點了薑茶桃膠湯圓.冬天驅寒必吃. 這一餐十分美滿.
