日本拉麵在香港有很多不同的味道,不過以麻辣為主的,為數不多,知道這裏的拉麵有麻辣,便來到品嘗。芫荽辣麻味噌拉麵$110,芫荽份量果然十分之多,芫荽味混合辣湯之後,辣度減輕,如果可以吃辣,建議吃中辣。麵質偏硬,帶點嚼勁。特制辣麻味噌拉麵$120,麻辣味道,可以隨個人喜歡而選,湯底的芽菜味道鮮甜,原來每碗拉麵,廚師都會先將芽菜炒熱,加進湯面內,所以每碗拉麵,都有一點炭香味。肉飯$45,這裏的叉燒,是用五花腩製成,脂肪和肉質比例均勻,加上美味的日本米粒,忍不住把全碗吃掉。
