近排喺元朗發掘到好野食,就係呢間鹵家,之前其實都經過幾次,但一直都覺得燒味冇咩特別所以就冇入去食過,今次反而係外區嘅朋友話以前喺永年附近食過,想今次入黎元朗再食就問我知唔知呢間鹵家喺邊,我先發現到呢間隱世食店。呢間舖頭嘅叉燒肥瘦適中,咬入口肉質鬆軟,叉燒嘅調味亦唔會過鹹,加上叉燒燒得岩岩好,燒到外皮有少少焦脆,唔怪得呢一個叫叉燒王啦,果然名不虛傳。蒜汁豬頸肉上面淋左呢度秘製嘅蒜汁,加上豬頸肉肉質爽脆,食落同我以前食過豬頸肉嘅味道同質感好唔同,鍾意食豬頸肉嘅朋友必點。醉雞卷用上去骨雞髀肉捲成,所以肉質厚實鮮嫩,脂肪極少,咬落啖啖肉,用花雕酒浸嘅醉雞卷帶清香酒味,而雞卷上有杞子作裝飾,可謂色香味俱。足料老火湯
